• Mr. Guo Yang has engaged in economic legal matters including investment, business negotiation, Sino-foreign joint venture foundation and enterprise management. Since his first practice in 1995, Mr. Guo has succeeded in handling hundreds of litigations, arbitrations and dispute resolutions concerning outbound import & export business, finance, foreign investment and real estate. Highlights included representing many outbound enterprises, including KIA Group and General Paint, and companies in Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan in domestic litigation, company listing and M&A;
• Mr. Guo has extensive experience in representation in business negotiation, drafting economic contract and dispute resolution.
