Publications
Dr. Chen has published over 50 academic papers in both English and Chinese languages ,within China and abroad. Some of his more noteworthy works include: "Towards Post-establishment National Treatment of Foreign Investment Enterprises in China: From BITs to TRIMs", which was published in The Hague, London and New York in 2003 by Kluwer Law International in Prof. Ross P. Buckley (ed.); "The WTO and the Doha Round: the Changing Face of World Trade", and "Subrogation of the Insurer under the Maritime Law of the People’s Republic of China" presented in Chinese at the 3rd All-China Lawyers Forum & 2003 ACLA Professional Committee Annual Meeting in Guangzhou, China, in Dec. 2003,. Dr. Chen's presentation was awarded as one of the best papers in the said forum.
