• Mr. Fung advises primarily foreign clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, pertaining to foreign direct investment projects in China;
• Will also handles corporate restructuring, projects and joint-ventures in services oriented industries such as Media & PR companies, Information Technology & Communications, Pharmaceutical & Petrol Chemicals and Oil & Gas; Infrastructure, Power & Energy;
• Will has acted as leading counsel in several deals involving outbound investment / work representing Chinese State-Owned Enterprises and corporate clients in negotiation process, focusing in Asia-Pacific Region, Europe as well as the Middle-East countries;
• Prior to joining the Firm, Will has extensive experience in the practice of corporate and commercial, real estate and infrastructure development projects and corporate insolvency as well as corporate re-organization works; he has also handled a few high profile corporate and commercial disputes litigation, involving multi-million lawsuit/claims;
• Will has also assisted in defending a multi-million defamation suit for a leading insurance company listed in NYSE & London Stock Exchange.
