• Represented Suntech Holdings (NYSE: STP) as PRC legal counsel for its international private placement, raising US$89 million under Regulation S of SA 1933;
• Represented Suntech Holdings (NYSE: STP) as PRC legal counsel for its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (the first non-state-owned Chinese company to be listed on the NYSE);
• Represented telecommunication company as PRC legal counsel for its IPO and U.S. private placement under Regulation D of SA 1933 and sequent financing;
• Represented a steel company as PRC legal counsel for its international private placement;
• Acted as legal counsel and advised several trans-national companies in the establishment of foreign-funded JVs in China;
• Acted as legal counsel for several companies’ IPOs of A shares on Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, including Jiangnan High Fiber (600527.sh) and Huapont Pharm (002004.sz);
• Actied as legal counsel for Shanghai CRED Real Estate Co., Ltd. in its trust issuance of RMB 6 billion (equivalent to approximately US$80 million);
