Representations

Mr. Fang is dedicated to provide comprehensive legal solutions to multinational and domestic clients in a wide range of cross-border transactions. He has represented hundreds of multinational and domestic clients in various industries and is continuously involved in, advising on, and creating innovative legal structures for transactions such as inbound investment, technology transfer, etc.

Simon specializes in intellectual property law. He is highly experienced in formulating overall IP strategy, evaluating IP assets, negotiating transaction agreements, and effectively managing and utilizing the IP portfolio during commercial transactions like M&A, IPO, VC&PE, R&D center and etc.   

Mr. Fang also handles dispute resolution cases, particularly matters pertaining to trademark enforcement, patent infringement, trade secrets, piracy and unfair competition.  He represents clients on patent invalidation, trademark re-examination before the Patent Appeal Board and the Trademark Appeal Board, judicial review of administrative decisions, civil or criminal litigations against infringers.
