• Permanent legal counsel for several large-scale companies, listed companies and foreign-invested companies, including Shanghai Industry Group Corporation, Jinjiang International Group, Shanghai Light Industry Holding Group, Shanghai State-owned Assets Management Company;

• Representing over than 100 cases, including the first case in Shanghai on large amount financing disputes, the first case in China on Option Company’s Misleading, the first case in Shanghai on stock compensation caused by computer errors of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the first case in China on major shareholders suing listed company and its Chairman, Civil litigation on “Tiger Ate Human” in the Zoo of Shanghai;

• Representing over than 40 M&A cases, including Assets Reorganization and Issuing New Shares of Three Listed Companies (Shanghai Longtou, Shenda and Sanmao), being an legal counsel in the acquisition between Dagang and Aishi, the first case in China on acquisition between extra-large listed companies, providing legal services in the case of transferring assets from the military troops, police force to the government and giving up doing business, which was awarded as the Top 10 economic news in China in 1998;

• Representing over than 100 corporate law cases, including Hualiang Supermarket, Shanghai Beiling, Shanghai Medical, Jiangnan Heavy Industry, Binshen Bank, Shanghai Chemicals ect.
