• She previously served as legal counsel in two American law firms where she advised many big foreign companies such as Whirlpool, Warner Lambert, Shimizu, General Motors, LG, Mafco, successfully representing them in a number of cross-border transactions and dispute settlements. During her practice in a leading local law firm, while continued her emphasis in international practice, she also accumulated rich experience in the areas of M&A, company restructuring, infrastructure and securities;

 • Ms. Peng was invited as speaker at the 3rd Sino-American Law Seminar, and the 26th and 27th “Annual Current Developments in Bankruptcy & Reorganization” of Practising Law Institute in the U.S. She was voted as one of Asia’s leading business lawyers by 2005 Asialaw Leading Lawyers Survey under the Asia Law & Practice.
