Mr. Xu’s recent experience includes:
Enterprise restructuring, the company liquidation, and reorganization: Beijing's first Sino-foreign joint ventures funded branch restructuring into limited liability companies, international air transport services of a company's state-owned enterprise restructuring; instrument in a certain import and export companies and HP's service points clear of the liquidation, China Railway Transport Center and the China joint venture company liquidation; leasing companies in China with a stake in the joint-stock companies in disputes (involving 30 million yuan), and Cangzhou a needle and Dixian Group merger dispute.

Real estate and construction project: Represented construction company with a real estate development company construction contract disputes arbitration, litigation case (involving 120 million yuan), and a real estate development companies in the contract dispute.
