Grandall Law Firm

Grandall Law Firm (formerly known as Grandall Legal Group) was established in June 1988 through a ground-breaking merger and amalgamation between Michael Zhang & Associates Law Firm in Beijing, WanGuo Law Firm in Shanghai and TangRen Law Firm in Shenzhen, duly approved by the Ministry of Justice. All the three law firms were founded respectively in 1992-1993, which means to date, they are more than 18-year old.

In March 2011, Grandall Legal Group has officially changed its name to Grandall Law Firm.

Grandall Law Firm is a leading full-service corporate and commercial law firm with offices strategically located in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Kunming, Tianjin, Chengdu, Ningbo and Fuzhou, as well as a representative office in Hong Kong SAR. Headquartered in Beijing, Grandall has approximately 150 partners, with a total combined workforce of 1500 people, including PRC-licensed attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, administrative and support staff.
